Security Systems technician

Sira Certified with ELV experience/knowledge and who Can join Immediately!!!

Job Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Technician with Attested School Certificate (Both attested from your home country and Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
2. Professional Expertise in CCTV Installation & Configuration, Installation of WIFI Systems, Gate Barriers, Structured cabling, Audio/Video Intercom Systems & Home Automation.
3. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors & consultants to understand their needs and preferences for seamless integration of ELV system that meets client specifications with affordable pricing within the budget.
4. Ability to understand the Drawings on AutoCAD & Create Shop drawings.
5. Complete end-to-end knowledge of site survey and preparation of BOQ.
6. Ensure industry standards, codes, and safety regulations are met while staying updated on ELV trends.
7. Manage comprehensive ELV projects from design to completion, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
8. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, optimizing resource allocation.
9. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, providing technical guidance and issue resolution.
10. Excellent supervisory skills to manage a number of teams parallelly.
11. Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
12. Proficient in server-based systems, Milestone servers, video intercom, and networking.
13. Stay informed on wireless tech and industry trends, continuously improving practices.
14. Prepare reports related to the operations.
15. Follow and achieve KPIs & SLAs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License.
2. Sira certification.
