Our customer, a key international player in pest control, is looking to strengthen its sales team and is recruiting an Export Sales Technician for the MENA zone to support its development.
In collaboration with the Sales Department, your main mission is to develop sales for our customer and expand the distribution network in the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa) in the PCO (Pest Control O...) public hygiene, and rural hygiene sectors.
Your curiosity and analytical skills enable you to map markets, analyze trends, and support the company in drawing up a business development plan for the MENA zone.
Thanks to your strong business and entrepreneurial mindset, you are autonomous in your business development, prospecting for new customers and potential distributors in the region, making regular visits. You also develop the sales and margins of the existing customer portfolio. A true ambassador for the area, you also represent the company at professional events (trade shows, conferences, etc.).
Finally, thanks to your interpersonal skills, you ensure smooth communication with the company’s other departments (Regulatory, R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics) to ensure that the offering is aligned with customer expectations and the region's regulatory requirements.
You have at least 5 years experience in selling solutions to distributors and are familiar with the target market segments (public hygiene, rural, PCO) as well as with the regulatory aspects specific to MENA countries.
You speak English fluently.
Passionate about business development, you are agile and autonomous enough to proactively support a company in its development.
You also have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to negotiate and develop trusted relationships with your customers as well as work within an international company.
Finally, you are highly organized, able to manage several projects at the same time and to travel extensively while maintaining rigor in the follow-up of projects.
