Job Title: Assistant Warehouse In-Charge

Job Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse In-Charge with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a background in the jewelry/accessories industry to support our warehouse operations. This role involves overseeing day-to-day inventory management, assisting with order fulfillment, and ensuring optimal warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, packing, and dispatching of products.
2. Utilize advanced Excel skills to track inventory levels, create reports, and analyze stock movements to improve operational efficiency.
3. Perform stock audits and manage data for accurate reporting and inventory control.
4. Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and shipment of products.
5. Oversee and guide warehouse staff in proper procedures for order receiving, barcoding/packing, and dispatch.
6. Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, including quality, quantities, and locations.
7. Ensure compliance with warehouse regulations, handling procedures, and all warehouse operation practices.
8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring products are properly stored and easily accessible.
9. Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
10. Support the Warehouse In-Charge in managing warehouse operations, implementing improvements, and enhancing operational performance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of bachelor's degree or its equivalent
2. Experience with jewelry/accessories or related product categories in a warehouse setting.
3. Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control, with a focus on accessories/jewelry or similar products.
4. Knowledge of barcode scanning technology and inventory management software.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
6. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing inventory and analyzing data.
8. Prior experience working with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
9. Good understanding of warehouse operation standards and best practices.
10. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
11. Physical ability to lift and move products as necessary, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
