Job summary
A leading sports retail brand in Dubai is urgently hiring for a customer-facing role focused on understanding customer needs and guiding them in their purchases. Freshers aged 18+ are welcome, and candidates with relevant experience will be preferred. Valid visas for employment are required, and the contract is extendable after the initial month. This position offers a chance to engage meaningfully with customers and meet set daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Freshers aged 18+ are encouraged to apply.
- Preference for candidates with experience in similar roles.
- Valid work visa with at least 6 months duration is required.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customer needs and guide them on suitable purchases.
- Demonstrate product features and use to customers.
- Engage and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist with refunds and exchanges when necessary.
- Meet daily sales targets.

- Carefully listen to customer needs and requirements.

- Build product knowledge and deliver this knowledge in unique ways.

- Guide customers to purchase the right product after carefully understanding their wants.
