Job summary
A prestigious 5-star hotel is looking for a customer-focused Sales Assistant who is fluent in Arabic to join their Flower Shop team. The ideal candidate will promote floral arrangements and gift items, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment. Responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating with florists, and maintaining high service standards. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred, as well as the ability to work flexible shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

- Welcome guests and provide personalized service.
- Promote and sell floral arrangements and gift items.
- Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements.

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to join our Flower Shop team within a prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, floral products, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Welcome guests and provide personalized service in both Arabic and English
Promote and sell floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift items
Handle walk-in, phone, and online orders efficiently
Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests
Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
Support hotel events, weddings, and special occasions with floral sales
Ensure the flower shop meets 5-star cleanliness and service standards
Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality (flower shop experience is an advantage)
Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
