We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA) location.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless communication within the team. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and serve as a key point of contact between the logistics team and clients. Your contributions will help streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency.

1. Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism
3. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
4. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files
5. Assist with logistics documentation and processing of shipments
6. Maintain inventory records and office supplies
7. Assist in coordinating internal and external communication
8. Provide general support to management and staff as needed

1. Fresh graduate candidates preferred
2. Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
3. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
