We’re seeking a fluent administrative professional with experience in the GCC region to assist with calendar management, email coordination, office support, and other administrative duties.
This is a remote, part-time role with flexible working hours.

Requirements
Fluent in Arabic & English (Written & Spoken) – Essential for handling GCC-based clients.
Proven Experience in the GCC Region – Must understand regional business culture.
2+ Years of Experience in an Administrative or Virtual Assistant Role.
Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Calendar Management.
Ability to Work Independently & Maintain Confidentiality.
Previous experience in Training, HR, or Consulting is a plus.
