A semi-government office is looking for a bright trilingual (Arabic, English, and French) Office Manager/Executive Assistant to manage all office administration activities, as well as provide effective and efficient services in events and office management in the CEO’s office.
The ideal candidate will be required to deliver high-class administrative support to the CEO in terms of managing and controlling the office environment & coordinating with the CEO for planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
As well as managing the office, the role will also require supervision and management on all hotel, transport, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
The candidate will report to the Head of Administration who will assign other responsibilities associated with this position.
Candidates applying for this position need to be fluent in Arabic, English, and French with a minimum of 7 years experience as an EA/PA to senior management and preferably experience of office administration within the UAE. Experience with VIP affairs is a must.
It is crucial for the candidate to be self-efficient, organized, and capable of exercising independent judgment in a corporate environment. Discretion is a must, as the candidate will handle confidential information, data, and correspondence in the CEO’s office.
Candidates should have a recognized degree in business administration and/or management.
