Job summary
A luxury hotel in Dubai is looking for a proactive Resident Liaison to establish communication with Residents and manage their queries. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, exceptional English skills, and a solid knowledge of Dubai. Responsibilities include maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining communication with various hotel departments. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is flexible in their approach to tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist or Concierge in a 5-star Hotel.
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
- Flexible approach to people and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Establish direct communication with all Residents.
- Act as the liaison for queries and requests.
- Maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel.
