Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will help manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate communications, assist with project management, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Assist in planning and executing special projects and events
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO
• Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the CEO’s office

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
