About the role

As a Junior P&C Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management within our organisation. You will support the HR team in day-to-day tasks, projects, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and contributing to the overall success of our company. This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Recruitment Support: Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Support: Conduct initial screenings and assist in interviews.
  • Onboarding: Help organise and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
  • Onboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Onboarding: Assist in setting up new employees' workstations and introducing them to company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement.
