Marketing Executive for Conrad Dubai is responsible for executing multi‑channel marketing initiatives, supporting brand campaigns, and coordinating daily marketing operations to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance for the hotel.

• Execute and coordinate hotel marketing initiatives, supporting brand, F&D, spa and events campaigns
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations to drive brand awareness and commercial performance.
• Assist with and at times lead on‑site photos and hotel filming while ensuring all relevant administration duties are completed and approved.
• Monitor and support the monthly social media content banks with the Marketing intern.
• Support and identify opportunities with the Director of Marketing to grow and develop loyalty marketing activities with Hilton Honors and other booking incentive schemes.
• Create weekly marketing presentations, marketing expense trackers, and monthly marketing reports with all updates.
• Monitor and review all third‑party website content, ensuring it is accurate and current.
• Support and assist management of all marketing projects, including resources with budget implications.
• Produce tracking documents and hotel fact sheets, including preparing PowerPoint presentations with excellent attention to detail, as directed by the head of department.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing effective content management across all available channels, including hotel website, OTAs, social media, mobile marketing, and partnership programs.
• Establish and maintain effective rapport and open communication with all hotel disciplines.
• Work effectively with the Marketing Team, as well as supporting relationships with cluster and regional levels on relevant projects and promotion campaigns.

• Proven experience in supporting, planning and managing project work to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, budget management, and project and time management.
• Proven experience in working and understanding key marketing and e‑commerce plans and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Demonstrates self‑starter with excellent attention to detail.
