About the Opportunity:

In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our business development goals. You will play a key role in crafting engaging multimedia content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing data to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the clinic's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and inform marketing strategies.
• Create high-quality and engaging content across various multimedia platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Manage and oversee all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, community management, and campaign execution.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and recommend adjustments for optimization.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and identify cost-effective marketing strategies.
• Oversee the production of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as reception and sales, to ensure a cohesive marketing and patient experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Prepare marketing reports to track progress and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the UAE, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
