Required Skills
Technical Skills Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in managing B2B accounts
- Excellent customer relations management
- Proven modern project management skills (or willingness to learn)

Job Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on cloud computing best practices and technology trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and product teams, to ensure client success and satisfaction with our cloud offerings.
- Presentations and Discussions: Lead client presentations and discussions to drive adoption and usage of cloud services, educate clients on new cloud-related products and services, and respond to client inquiries and requests.
- Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction, and use this information to drive continuous improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in marketing, and use this knowledge to drive new business and improve client engagement.
- Customer Success: Ensure client success by working closely with them to achieve their goals, address any issues or concerns, and help them maximise the value of their marketing investments.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in client relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
