Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in building materials such as tile glue, grout, and other construction products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Al Ain market and a proven track record in sales within the building materials industry.

1. Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends within the Al Ain market for building materials.
2. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, retailers, and other potential clients to generate new business.
3. Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of building materials, including tile glue, grout, and other construction products.
5. Client Support: Provide expert advice and support to clients on product selection, application, and technical specifications.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

1. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials, particularly tile glue, grout, paint, and related construction products.
2. Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Al Ain market and established connections within the local construction industry.
3. Education: Higher Secondary/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
4. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the technical aspects and applications of building materials.
6. Language: Hindi & Arabic. English is an advantage.
7. Mobility: Must have a valid UAE driver's license and be willing to travel within the Al Ain region and Abu Dhabi area as required.
