Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, with a focus on media agencies and businesses requiring outdoor advertising and production services.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in media agencies, advertising firms, and related industries.
- Present Royal Vision’s full suite of services, including outdoor advertising solutions and production services, tailored to client needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and present proposals, sales presentations, and media plans to clients, showcasing the value of Royal Vision’s offerings.
Client Management & Retention
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure repeat business and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by offering strategic advertising and media solutions that meet their marketing goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and production requirements.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all client requirements are accurately communicated and executed, delivering high-quality output on time.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, ensuring that deals are profitable while meeting client expectations.
- Handle objections and queries professionally, finding solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
Reporting & Market Feedback
- Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline forecasts, client feedback, and market trends.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and performance against targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in media agencies, outdoor advertising, and production.
- Proven success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets in a competitive market.
- Strong network and connections within media agencies and the advertising industry.
- Deep understanding of outdoor advertising formats, media services, and production processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
