Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 + Commission (after achieving targets) + Health Insurance + 30 Days Annual Leave
Key Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and confirming participation and continuing the legendry success of the shows assigned.
To sell the exhibition space for the assigned exhibitions, exhibitor-marketing plan and ensure the exhibitions are run successfully. Also, supports the development and implementation of new shows.
To achieve pre-determined revenue and profit targets
To maintain existing and develop new customer relationships.
To ensure and achieve maximum revenue.
Conduct market research to identify potential business partners.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Meets the exhibitors at various locations and gives them presentations/brochures to increase the awareness of exhibition.
Plans for the updating of the database of the visitors for the assigned B2C/B2B exhibition. Ensures the same is updated to maximize the reach of the exhibition.
Co-ordinates various activities such as the seminars, trade – shows, buyer assistance program etc. during the show.
To actively sell the show to prospective exhibitors to reach the set target.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in sales within the exhibition or event industry, with experience in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
