Job summary
A leading international bank is seeking a Head of Distribution Advisory in Dubai. This role involves managing a team to enhance client engagement, achieve KPI objectives, and ensure effective wealth management practices. Candidates should have strong financial services experience, proven results in client management, and the ability to coach high-performing teams. A graduation degree and knowledge of regulatory frameworks are essential. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relationship management experience in financial services.
- Proven track record in managing high net worth client portfolios.
- Experience in leading and coaching teams in wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of investment and insurance specialists.
- Achieve KPI objectives and improve relationship manager engagement.
- Provide coaching and feedback on client interactions.
