Human Resources Administrator
Job summary
A healthcare clinic in Dubai is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator to manage daily HR functions and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include benefits administration, employee record maintenance, and coordinating recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and must be immediately available to join. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred and prior UAE experience is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management policies and practices.
- Experience with Benefits Administration and knowledge of relevant processes.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage.
- Prior UAE Experience is a must.

- Manage daily HR functions, including benefits administration and employee record maintenance.

- Contribute to the development of internal HR policies.
