Job summary

A prominent aviation company in Dubai is seeking a VP Human Capital to oversee workforce management and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a director role, coupled with a strong background in developing HR strategies. This position demands excellent organisational, analytical, and leadership skills, with a preference for candidates who have participated in Dubai Government programs. Qualifications
