About Our Client:
A prestigious university in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join their team. This leading institution is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, a collaborative work environment, and a forward-thinking approach to education and staff development.
Job Summary:
The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the university's human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the university's goals and ensure the well-being of its faculty and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Employment Details:
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Duration: One year, subject to renewal
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Family Contract: Employee, spouse, and up to 2 children under 18 years old
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary Range: AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 per month
• Air Tickets: One per year for the employee, spouse, and up to 2 children under 18 years old
• Health Care Insurance: Provided for the employee, spouse, and up to 2 children under 18 years old
• Vacation: Provided
• Public Holidays: Provided
• Professional Leave: Provided
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or director-level role. Experience within the education sector is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
