Payroll entry and preparation using the payroll software (SAP), Excel, and other related tools.
Coordinating with other Departments for the payroll data and ensuring its timely submission: timesheets, overtime, etc.
Handles leave management of employees by entering leave details to payroll software Excel database and informing the staff of leave approvals/disapprovals.
Attends to employee queries and clarifications on leave, payroll, labor matters/compliance.
Prepares data for employee end of service benefits and facilitates employee exit formalities.
Issues offer of employment HR Letters using the automated proforma.
Prepares and facilitates approvals of personnel actions.
Handles employee onboarding and orientation ensuring that pre-joining documents are completed after the orientation and onboarding day.
Issues pay slips to employees.
Handles office management and related tasks.
Other HR tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.
The employee is expected to master and provide cover during leave for the following:
Facilitates application for new and renewal of employment visas or labor cards and monitoring of the same.
Facilitates application for new and renewal of employee health insurance and monitoring of the same.
Professional license application new and renewal and monitoring of the same.
