Job summary
A leading vegetable & fruit market in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. The HR Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performance and compliant work culture. Responsibilities include developing strategic HR plans, managing talent lifecycle, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
