• Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidate progress
• Build and maintain relationships with local and national educational institutions and industry organizations to foster talent pipelines
• Facilitate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare sector
