About Us:

Tomorrow World Properties is a dynamic and growing real estate developer seeking an experienced HR Specialist/Recruiter to join our team immediately. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at balancing recruitment with HR operations, and have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, this role is your opportunity to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Partner with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Optimize hiring workflows to ensure timely and efficient talent acquisition.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR databases with precision.
  • Manage leave, attendance, benefits, and performance-tracking systems.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations during hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly, promoting a supportive work environment.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes to UAE employment laws and implement necessary updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR/recruitment, preferably in real estate or relevant industries.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proven ability to draft and implement HR policies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
