Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions in the real estate industry.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  3. Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
  4. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for our company.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring manager, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration or related field.
  2. Only candidates residing in UAE will be considered for this role.
  3. 1 year+ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry in UAE.
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
  5. Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  6. German, Italian, Spanish, English or Russian speakers are preferred.
