Unihealth Healthcare Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top healthcare talent to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and identify qualified healthcare professionals.
Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, and industry networking.
Screen and evaluate resumes, conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates and clients.
Prepare and issue job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain a database of candidates and track all stages of the recruitment process.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
