About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join their dynamic team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in customizing and extending Odoo functionality to meet our specific business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy custom Odoo modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test custom Odoo modules across various functionalities, including CRM, Estimation, Projects, Budgeting, Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, Purchase, Stock, Products, and interfaces.
• Generate comprehensive reports in PDF and Excel formats to provide valuable insights into business operations.
• Participate actively in all phases of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
• Develop and maintain well-documented, secure, and efficient Odoo code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex Odoo issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo features and functionalities, continuously expanding your technical knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall development and maintenance of a robust and scalable Odoo environment.
• Document and share knowledge with other developers within the team.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Developer, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven expertise in Odoo versions 12 through 14, including a deep understanding of core functionalities and customization options.
• Experience in developing custom modules for CRM, Estimation, Projects, Budgeting, Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, Purchase, Stock, Products, and integrations.
• Proficient in Python programming language and Odoo API development.
• Strong understanding of database concepts (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in generating reports using Odoo reporting tools or external libraries (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
