Our Global Architectural Design Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well-experienced HR Leader to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive Office HR and Admin Management experience and must have worked in a design consultancy company and environment previously. This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire permanent opportunity employed directly by our client.

This position interfaces in all aspects of the HR lifecycle to help the teams succeed through HR-focused initiatives and practices.
The Manager of Human Resources is a team player and works directly with Senior Management to support the overall success for a defined client group within the business. This role partners with other professionals and is the link between the business team and the HR function. Key responsibilities include:
Requirements:
HR Manager Experience: Postgraduate training in Human Resources or Management preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources. Understanding of Executive Recruiting practices, succession planning, training, and development resources both internally and externally. Proven track record of assessing HR program effectiveness and creating & executing talent strategies that drive business results. Ability to influence and drive change management initiatives required.
