Seeking a HR Director to establish HR as a strategic partner, driving talent management, compliance, and workforce development in an Oil & Gas EPC firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with company goals
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top engineering & project talent
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive packages

- DEI & Nationalization: Drive UAE workforce integration
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in HR leadership in Oil & Gas EPC
- Expertise in HR compliance, talent management & digital HR
- Ability to manage international teams & high-pressure projects
- Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus
