Our Consultants play pivotal roles in supporting the delivery of project engagements service delivery and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. They engage in designated focus areas ensuring diligent monitoring and successful execution of projects that align with agreed outcomes.
Operating across various sectors including transport, energy, banking & insurance, and the public sector, the Middle East team addresses challenges in innovation and business transformation. Guided by experienced consultants, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team engaging in a wide range of missions:
Responsibilities:
- Organization & Governance: Transforming organizational structures and operational models.
- Corporate and Operational Strategy and Transformation Projects: Developing strategies and roadmaps; framing and steering program/project management supporting deployment.
- Operational Performance: Defining/optimizing customer experiences, business processes, and user journeys; pursuing operational excellence through Lean Management; conducting audits/diagnostics with subsequent recommendations (organization processes, governance, risk mapping, etc.).
- Economic Performance: Crafting business cases, benchmarks, and financial optimization.
- Contributing to the internal life of the firm through various initiatives including developing or enhancing our offerings through training sessions and working groups, contributing to our publication policy through articles, studies, and press releases, and expanding new business activities by responding to tenders and drafting commercial proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of consulting experience with a demonstrated track record of client engagement and project management.
- Proficient in advanced consulting, innovation, and/or strategy business transformation topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of fostering client relationships and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills capable of crafting and presenting detailed reports and presentations to clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses and provide insights.
- Business proficiency level in English and Arabic (reading, writing, typing) is a must.
