Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our employees feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential, while also driving our company's growth and success through effective HR strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee performance reviews and create development plans to promote career growth.
  • Administer benefits programs and review and negotiate terms with vendors to ensure the best packages for our employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems and utilize data to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate with managers to provide learning opportunities for employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that support company growth and employee development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
