Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop differentiated recruitment strategies for key projects of the business group, mid-to-high-end positions, and strategic projects. Organize and implement recruitment activities to ensure high-quality and efficient recruitment outcomes.
2. Be responsible for the selection, tracking, interviewing of key positions and mid-to-senior talents, as well as the communication and issuance of job offers.
3. Regularly summarize and analyze recruitment reports, and formulate recruitment strategies.
4. Improve the company's talent reserve pool, collect and analyze the talent situation in the industry, and keep abreast of the dynamics of industry personnel.
5. Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership and provide mutual support for the work within the department and among teams.
Qualifications:
1. With more than 3 years of recruitment experience, having certain local recruitment channels or resources, knowing how to carry out recruitment work locally. Those with recruitment experience in the cloud industry will be given priority.
2. Capable of recruitment sourcing, arranging interviews, following up the interview process, and organizing office cultural activities.
3. Language Requirements: Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese will be preferred.
4. Possess excellent learning ability, be active in thinking, have a strong sense of self-motivation and pioneering spirit, and outstanding communication and coordination skills.
