1. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
2. Process purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
3. Track and monitor deliveries, resolving any discrepancies.
4. Maintain procurement records, including invoices and supplier agreements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
6. Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
7. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
8. Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/EEE or Diploma in Industrial Automation.
2. Experience in procurement or a similar role (1-2 years experience).
3. Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
