A UAE healthcare provider is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support clinical staff in patient care. The role involves supervising sterile supplies, advocating for patient rights, and providing administrative services. A Health Care Assistant Diploma is required, along with experience in a hospital or OPD setting. Knowledge of basic CSSD functions and advanced computer skills are essential. This position offers an important opportunity to contribute to quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in inpatient hospital or OPD setting as Health Care Assistant.
- UAE experience would be beneficial.
Responsabilités
- Support clinical licensed staff in providing patient care.
- Supervise Central Sterile Supply items in the ward.
- Advocate for Patient Rights.
- Participate in intentional rounds.
- Provide general administrative services to the unit.
- Engage in training and education.
