Job summary
A global recruitment firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Stores & Logistics Coordinator to oversee logistics and inventory for the aerospace sector. The candidate should have strong logistics coordination skills, experience with export/import documentation, and be proficient in ERP systems. The role requires a high school diploma or relevant university degree with substantial experience. Candidates should also possess a UAE Driving License and be flexible to support various departments. Arabic language skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma plus 8 years relevant experience or university degree plus 5 years experience.
- Minimum 3 years in aerospace industry (MRO preferred).
- Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and material classification.

Job Title: Stores & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Stores & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient movement of goods, both inbound and outbound. This role combines logistics coordination, warehousing, and compliance activities within the aerospace industry.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Prepare accurate export documentation in compliance with trade regulations.
- Resolve customs and transportation issues promptly.
- Work with internal teams to meet production material needs.
- Maintain records and manage permit renewals with government agencies.
- Handle inventory control, receiving, issuing, and storing of materials.
- Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Tag, quarantine, and mark materials in accordance with procedures.
- Understand and apply repair station and customs processes.
- Support process improvements and contribute to standard work development.
- Assist with root cause investigations when needed.
- Follow EH&S, ethics, and quality guidelines.
- High school diploma + 8 years’ relevant experience OR university degree + 5 years’ experience.
- Minimum 3 years in the aerospace industry (MRO preferred).
- Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and material classification.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- UAE Driving License required; Forklift License and HAZMAT certification are advantages.
- Must be flexible and willing to assist across departments.
