Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review customs documentation for accurate import declarations.
2. Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and tariff classifications.
3. Coordinate with shipping partners and internal teams for efficient clearance processes.
4. Monitor and track clearance progress, addressing delays and issues promptly.
5. Communicate shipment status and updates to stakeholders.
6. Ensure zero discrepancies in stock and adherence to customs rules and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on import clearance activities.
8. Seamlessly coordinate for timely and efficient domestic transportation of e-commerce orders.
9. Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth pickup and delivery operations.
10. Track and monitor shipment status, addressing any delays or issues.
11. Communicate with customers to provide updates on their order deliveries.
12. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
13. Optimize route planning for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
14. Generate reports to assess performance and identify areas of improvement.
15. Generate the Stock reference Memo/Sales order/Material transfer documents in the ORACLE system for the handed over goods and issues out from the Inventory.
16. File the shipment and invoice documents to retrieve as per the policy standards.
17. Validate the defective/Exchange/Return stock at the btq regularly and initiate the stock pullout.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduate with min 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse and logistics.
2. Experience in the Jewellery field will be an added advantage.
3. Basic Excel knowledge.
4. Experience in Logistics and Warehouse management.
