Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, digital, print).
Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
Track and report social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and growth.
Prepare reports on marketing activities and results for management and stakeholders.
Assist in setting up meetings including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and management review.
Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses for both marketing and administrative projects.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors for both marketing and administrative inquiries.
Draft and send internal communications, newsletters, and client follow-up emails.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and handle procurement processes.
Assist senior management with various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.
Provide ad-hoc support as needed to ensure smooth operations of both marketing and administrative functions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
1-3 years of Marketing experience in marketing, administration, or a related field from a Real Estate Background.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
