Based in Abu Dhabi

To provide and maintain oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi crew members during daily and short term operations.

1. Ensure adequate crewing of all Wizz Air Abu Dhabi flights taking place within the operational window.
2. Forward planning / proactive management of possible long term disruptions to daily crewing activities e.g. industrial actions, planned maintenance activities (checks) or lengthy AOGs.
3. Continuous tracking, monitoring and modification of the cockpit and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations + 72 hours in advance.
4. Continuous cooperation with the Duty Manager of Operations.
5. Maintaining a permanent connection between the Operations Planning and crew dispatchers.
6. Providing adequate crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage (e.g. sickness, flight insertion, delays).
7. Notification of crew members of roster changes and calling and communicating directly with crew as and when required.
8. Monitoring of crews’ on-time check in for flights and other duties.
9. Continuous checking of the duty and flight time limitations (daily, weekly, calendar monthly, calendar quarterly and calendar yearly).
10. Continuous cooperation with other departments.
11. Other duties assigned by Sr Manager Operations Control Center or the Duty Manager.

1. High School Diploma / University Diploma is an advantage.
2. Fluent English (written and spoken).
3. 2 or more years of relevant experience in aviation industry.
4. “Can do” attitude.
5. Work well under pressure.
6. Decision-making skills.
7. Attention to detail.
8. Demonstrated commitment to a Safety Management System.
9. Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
10. Proficiency in MS Office.
