We're Hiring: Project Manager (PMO) Transformation Office

Looking for your next big challenge? We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to join a leading Transformation Office team! This role is available for both remote and onsite (Dubai) candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize and manage large systems implementations across business and technology teams.
• Establish and maintain Portfolio/Program/Project governance and reporting frameworks.
• Identify, implement, and support controls for effective portfolio management (budgeting, financial management, resource planning, compliance, and risk management).
• Facilitate internal and external stakeholder collaboration to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Engage with Program and Delivery Leads to prioritize Change the Bank initiatives and manage resources.
• Provide analysis, management information, and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Deliver project closure reports and document lessons learned.
• Drive Agile and Hybrid methodology implementations for diverse system and application projects.
• Govern complex transformation programs using standardized PMO frameworks.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• 15 years of overall experience with 10 years of relevant expertise.
• Financial services corporate/wholesale banking and tech banking project delivery background.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end banking project deliveries.
• Leadership/management experience with strong stakeholder influence skills.
• Skilled in managing complex vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Agile Methodology and Hybrid Project/Program Implementation.
• Expertise in governance, change control, and compliance for transformation programs.

Location: Dubai (Remote/Onsite options available).

Industry Background: Financial Services, Corporate Banking, Technology Banking Projects.
