Job description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and create a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, ensuring smooth office functions and effective coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Manage administrative staff, schedules, and office procedures.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring professional communication.
  • Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and office culture initiatives.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and productive workspace for all employees.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and facility management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
