Project Manager - Exhibition Stand Build

Our exhibition stand building client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of exhibition stands and event builds from concept to completion. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and on-site execution, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to bring creative builds to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event stand projects
• Act as main client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and on-site crews
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships
• Ensure quality control and on-site health & safety
• Travel to event sites for installs and breakdowns

Requirements:

• 4+ years in exhibition/event project management
• Experience with custom and modular stand builds
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage on-site installs
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
• Full driving license (if applicable)
