Job summary
A pharmaceutical company in Dubai is looking for a professional to lead their sales team. This role demands motivation and development of a skilled workforce to achieve sales targets while adhering to ethical standards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related science and have at least 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Field, including 2 years in a management position. UAE experience and fluency in English and Arabic are required.
