Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Sharjah seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations, ensure high levels of patient service, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, overseeing pharmacy staff, and implementing quality SOPs per health authority guidelines. Candidates should have a valid pharmacist license and basic life support certification, with strong communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate license to work as a pharmacist.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Desirable ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients/customers as they enter the pharmacy.
• Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by the physician.
• Assign and evaluate pharmacy staff, facilitating their training and development.
• Ensure all patients are attended to and satisfied with their service.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of medicines.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information to customers.
• Implement quality SOPs in compliance with MOH guidelines.
• Maintain MOH compliance and proper documentation.
