Job summary
A pharmaceutical distributor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. This role includes managing daily accounting, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and providing financial insights for pharmacy operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in finance, 3–5 years of experience in finance within the UAE, and strong knowledge of ERP systems. The job offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience in pharmaceutical distribution or retail pharmacy operations in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT and inventory accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts for the pharmacy outlets.
- Ensure timely salary and operational payments for pharmacy outlets.
- Provide financial insights for sales performance and cost optimisation.
