A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations in Misrata, Libya. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English, possess a valid pharmacist license, and have experience in clinical pharmacy management. The role involves staff oversight, policy implementation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Immediate joining is preferred, with relocation to Libya required.

Education
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Misrata, Libya. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and have a strong background in hospital or clinical pharmacy management.
Location: Misrata, Libya
Position: Pharmacy Manager
Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent)
Joining: Immediate or 30 Days max.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical care
- Implement pharmacy policies and procedures aligned with healthcare standards
- Manage procurement, budgeting, and reporting related to pharmacy services
- Train and mentor pharmacy staff.
- Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD); advanced certification or MBA is a plus
- Valid pharmacist license
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a hospital or clinical pharmacy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
- Willingness to relocate or work in Misrata, Libya.
