This position works out of our UAE location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division.

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology womens health cardiometabolic pain management/central nervous system and respiratory.

• Support HQ with the consolidation of Quarterly RLBEs and Annual Planning processes including Income Statement Balance Sheet Currency Exchange Risks/Opportunities and Ad-Hoc analyses.
• Support the buildup tracking & monitoring of monthly & quarterly Cash flow. Prepare dashboards understand regions dynamics DSO countback monitor and work with Affiliates on managing overdues.
• Manage assigned processes and reports: LBEc/ MT Sales flash with comments NPI and L&A tracker D.20 P23B Standard margin recycle. Ensure financial information is communicated on time accurately complete and policies and standards are met.
• Manage LBE4 cost change cycle with the FP&A Hub and all relevant stakeholders. Analyze Net cost changes and P&L impact.
• Enhance the support from HQ to Affiliates on dashboards systems FP&A processes. Work on streamlining processes and identifying opportunities to standardize and save time. Ensuring constant coaching training corrections and feedback to align the teams with the expected standards and timelines. Effectively manages communication with and understands cultural differences in the affiliates to ensure alignment with Area Division and Corporate expectations.
• Prepare presentations to support various business cases aligned with regional business dynamics and EPD standards and requirements. Support Commercial with all necessary analytics.

Experience: 5 years of FP&A experience. International markets would be a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in economics or finance; MBA would be a plus.

Skills: strategic thinking attention to detail agility teamwork & collaboration leadership & business communication stakeholder management emotional intelligence financial modeling & data analysis software proficiency.
