Logistics Coordinator - Indu Kishore Logistics

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and execute the booking of shipments via sea, air, or land, ensuring timely arrangements and adherence to client requirements.
2. Update IDF information for each export, collaborate with clients for the issuance of the Certificate of Conformity (COC), and prepare accurate export documentation.
3. Manage all Customs and SGS-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
4. Confirm Bill of Lading (BL) drafts with clients and agents to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
5. Coordinate activities with HIC Warehouse/offshore 3PL warehousing team, overseeing loading/unloading completion, and monitoring all relevant import/export-related tasks.
6. Perform all location stock reconciliation.
7. Check all invoices and verify as per the activities done.
8. Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Goods Delivery Note (GDN), insurance sheets, Bills of Lading, and handle freight invoice bills.
9. Ensure the timely update of import/export documentation and monitor expiry date details.
10. Maintain Tracker for Telax/import/export.
11. Prepare Packing/Commercial invoice (End to End documentation and follow up with freight forwarders).
12. Facilitate Telax release activities, ensuring efficient and compliant release processes.
13. Generate and maintain import tracker/booking sheet reports to track and communicate export activities effectively.
14. Perform dynamic GRN/GDN/BOE entry in a timely manner.
15. Coordinate with customers for their requirements.

Educational Qualification: Graduate & Above / Equivalent

Skills Required: Accounting in ERP/Tally/Other Accounting Software

Experience: 4 to 5 years and above U.A.E Experience mandatory with exposure in Exports.

Expected Joining Date: Should be available to join on immediate basis/as soon as possible.
