Job description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the UAE's Vision 2030, ensuring the growth and sustainability of national talent.
  • Lead initiatives for Emiratization, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing UAE Nationals across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive cultural transformation by promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace that values local heritage and modern workplace dynamics.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development programs tailored for UAE Nationals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design competitive compensation and benefits packages, specifically for UAE Nationals, to enhance retention.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations while advocating for employee rights and welfare within the organization.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess HR metrics and drive informed decisions that enhance workforce productivity and employee engagement.
  • Foster partnerships with educational institutions and government entities to create pipelines for emerging talent from the UAE.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that feedback mechanisms are in place to continuously improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop HR team members, promoting professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Must be UAE National so that requirement aligns with Emiratization target of the Organization.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on Emiratization and national talent development.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is highly desirable, reflecting expertise in global HR practices.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading change initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical HR practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a passion for nurturing and developing local talent towards leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to evaluate HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
