Group Head of HR

Our client, a market-leading logistics group, is seeking a Group Head of HR to lead their HR function across multiple geographies. This strategic leadership role will report to the CEO and drive employee engagement, cultural transformation, M&A HR integration, and operational HR excellence.

Key Focus Areas:

1. People strategy aligned to growth goals
2. Leading M&A due diligence and post-deal integration
3. Designing leadership and development programs
4. Implementing HR systems (HRIS) and compliance structures

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years in senior HR roles, ideally in logistics or fast-paced sectors
2. Proven HR leadership in complex, multinational environments
3. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and talent strategies
4. Experience managing visa/immigration and payroll processes
