Role Overview

Aurega Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' mortgage needs, providing tailored financial advice, and guiding them through the process of securing the most appropriate mortgage options. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional service, helping clients navigate the complexities of mortgage lending while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess clients' mortgage needs and financial situations, providing expert advice on suitable mortgage options.
2. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they understand all requirements and procedures.
3. Collaborate with leading banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage rates and terms for clients.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and assistance throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
5. Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and mortgage product offerings to ensure clients receive up-to-date advice.
6. Deliver outstanding customer service, focusing on building trust and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in the mortgage or lending industry, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and financial analysis.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage consultancy or a related field.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to tailor financial solutions to individual client needs.
5. In-depth knowledge of real estate financing and mortgage processes.
6. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
