Real Estate Broker Off Plan, Secondary & Commercial

As part of A1 Properties continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Real Estate Broker to become part of our continued success. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and hungry for success professionals who are eager to build their career in real estate with the support of a fantastic property services brand.

Position Overview:

As an experienced Real Estate Broker, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and advising clients, as well as building and nurturing lasting relationships with property owners, sellers, and developers. You will manage high-end property viewings, negotiate lease and purchase agreements, and oversee the entire process from start to finish. Staying informed about current market trends and real estate regulations in Dubai will be essential in ensuring that you continue to deliver expert advice and unmatched service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to deeply understand their real estate needs, preferences, and goals
  2. Conduct professional, in-depth property viewings and provide comprehensive information about properties
  3. Skillfully negotiate favorable terms and prices for both sales and leasing transactions
  4. Stay consistently informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activity in the UAE real estate market
  5. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  6. Stay up to date on all branded and luxury residence developments and launches
  7. Create and present compelling sales proposals that align with clients' needs
  8. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management
  9. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout all processes
  10. Represent both your personal brand and company with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  11. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, ensuring consistent growth
  12. Present yourself professionally at all times, adhering to office attire standards
  13. Partner with the marketing team to implement high-end and luxury marketing strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Proven track record in a sales environment, ideally with a focus on high-end real estate
  2. Established experience working with high-net-worth individuals, with a history of successful transactions
  3. A solid understanding of business and a genuine passion for real estate
  4. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  5. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and engage clients
  6. Strong attention to detail, particularly in luxury finishes and property features
  7. UAE driving license (or eligible for conversion)
  8. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector, ideally within a similar role
  9. RERA license or equivalent real estate knowledge is highly preferred
