About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sales Team Leader will lead a team of Business Development Managers from the LNLP Dubai office with territories across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team to create a high-performing sales team.
  • Setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed.
  • Assessing current team processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them.
  • Carrying a New Business Personal and team target.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts through CRM (Salesforce).
  • Driving new business acquisition and market penetration for the International Sales department.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Well-developed computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM System.
  • Authoritative communicator and negotiator with staff at all levels.
  • High level of presentation skills.
  • Proven performance against sales targets.
  • High volume subscription sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent experience in Direct Sales management.
