Job Title: Experienced Real Estate Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or lease.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and property evaluations.
• Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and present offers to clients and manage the transaction process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
• Utilize real estate software and CRM systems to manage client information and transactions.
• Attend property viewings, open houses, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and key areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
