Talentspoc is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in laboratory practices.

• Perform routine laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other biological samples following established protocols.
• Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to safety and quality control standards, ensuring compliance with laboratory regulations.
• Record and report results accurately in the laboratory information system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering laboratory supplies as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

• Diploma or degree in Laboratory Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid DHA certification as a Lab Technician.
• Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle specimens safely and responsibly.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
