Laser Therapist/ Laser Technician

Job Brief: Shuraa is seeking a skilled and certified Laser Technician to join our state-of-the-art aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional laser treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high safety standards. Job Objective: To provide safe, effective, and client-focused laser treatments using advanced aesthetic technologies, contributing to the clinic's reputation as a leader in the field of aesthetic care. The Laser Technician will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ensure client trust and satisfaction in all treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and other cosmetic procedures as per client needs.
2. Conduct thorough consultations to assess client requirements and explain treatment options, potential outcomes, and care plans.
3. Ensure all laser equipment is used in compliance with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
4. Maintain accurate client records, including consent forms, treatment logs, and progress notes.
5. Educate clients about post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products or regimens.
6. Stay updated with the latest laser technologies, techniques, and industry trends.
7. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Laser Technician in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
2. Mandatory DHA Laser hair reduction license.
3. Certification in laser technology from a recognized institution.
4. Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and suitable treatment protocols.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on client safety and satisfaction.
7. Proficiency in maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional ethics.
8. Familiarity with advanced laser machines and devices is preferred.
9. Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering superior service.
10. Technical expertise in operating laser devices safely and effectively.
