We are looking for a Short-Form Content Strategist for a Gaming Company based in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, with a strong focus on TikTok.
• Proficiency in CapCut and other short-form video editing tools.
• Proven track record of creating viral short-form content that drives engagement and audience growth.
• Deep understanding of each platform's unique content style, audience behavior, and algorithm mechanics.
• Strong creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate trends into engaging video concepts.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills to craft compelling video scripts and captions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with social media teams, graphic designers, and marketing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience in Web3, gaming, or AI-related content is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize content.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with influencers and content creators to expand reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Short-Form Video Strategy & Execution
   • Develop and implement a high-impact content strategy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, with TikTok as the primary focus.
   • Adapt content formats to fit the unique style and algorithm of each platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
   • Identify and capitalize on trending topics, viral challenges, and high-engagement formats in real-time.
   • Work closely with the Social Media Specialist / Manager to ensure short-form content aligns with broader social media strategies.
2. Video Editing & Production
   • Edit and produce engaging, high-quality short-form videos using CapCut and other mobile-friendly editing tools.
   • Optimize videos for attention-grabbing storytelling, strong hooks, and high retention rates.
   • Experiment with different editing techniques, transitions, captions, and effects to enhance content performance.
3. Trend Analysis & Platform Expertise
   • Stay ahead of viral trends, audio, memes, and platform updates to ensure the company is always part of the cultural conversation.
   • Analyze platform algorithms, audience behaviors, and content performance to refine strategy and improve results.
   • Test different posting times, video structures, and engagement tactics to maximize organic reach and visibility.
4. Collaboration & Content Creation
   • Work closely with the Social Media Specialist / Manager, Graphic Designer, and other team members to align content with the company's branding and messaging.
   • Conceptualize, script, and produce highly engaging, viral-ready content tailored for the Web3, gaming, and AI audience.
   • Develop repeatable content formats and series that encourage high engagement and community interaction.
5. Data-Driven Optimization & Performance Tracking
   • Track video performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
   • Optimize content formats, pacing, and posting strategies based on real-time performance data.
   • Report on content effectiveness, audience growth, and key trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role requires a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven content expert who knows how to craft, edit, and optimize videos that capture attention and go viral. The ideal candidate is a master of TikTok, deeply familiar with platform-specific trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies, and able to collaborate closely with the company team to align content with brand goals.
